• Users can press the button anytime and anywhere if they feel uncomfortable or unsafe
• The Securus Emergency Care Center is quickly notified and discusses the situation with the user through the microphone and speaker on the unit
• Emergency Care Center personnel will track the user continuously on a map and dispatch the necessary help to their location
• Loved ones are notified by the care center if the user presses the SOS button
